Radar View Panel Entity

Description
Radar View Panels are elements that can be added to a Radar view in Radar Design Studio. A Radar Alarm Panel is then configured using the widget toolbox in Radar Design Studio, then once configured it allows the user to reuse the Panel design on multiple Radar views.
Configuration

- Navigate to view: This opens Radar Design Studio to edit your View Panel which would then be used in other Radar views (built from Radar View entities).
