This functionality currently enables users to export DT templates and import a copy of this template into another Tenant, it does not allow for the importing of the same template into the same Tenant as a DT copy.

If this is required, the core team (Product Engineering Department) can be contacted to create a copy of a DT template in the same environment.

When Exporting and Importing across tenants/environments:

• The file will be exported as a JSON (See Figure 2)
• The file is imported as a JSON (See Figure 3)
• If importing and an error is reported, an error file will be received in the downloads folder (See Figure 4 & 5)
• The Nested digital twins (children) will need to be imported before their parents – referential integrity
• Maximum of 200 children per parent.
