Telemetry streaming enhancement

Telemetry streaming has been enhanced to allow the customization of the JSON payload that is streamed from Commander. The payload for Alarms and Endpoint values can be customized to align with the customer’s needs. Within the payload editor, the user can include additional properties and add filters to format the information contained in the payload.

Entity management enhancement

The number of Entities allowed to be created directly under a Site or Entity group has been increased to 1000 entities. Previously a limit of 200 children was applied.

To accommodate the increase in child Entities, the Entity GetChildren API call was changed to remove the GrandChildren IDs from the result, reducing the size of the results.

Entity management enhancement

An Entity name’s minimum number of characters has been adjusted down to 2 characters. Empty spaces cannot be used if the Entity name is only 2 characters long.

Maintenance mode

The maintenance mode has been enhanced to include the Scheduled functions and Calendar events which can now be disabled during the maintenance mode time range. If scheduled functions or calendar events were disabled within the maintenance mode and were supposed to execute within the window, then the scheduled functions and calendar events will be rescheduled to action after the maintenance mode has been completed.

Webhooks enhancement

Alarm events can now include the Alarm instance ID property that has been made available to be used in the payload. This alarm instance ID will remain the same until the alarm has been deactivated, and acknowledged if required, and a new alarm has been raised.

Radar

Product allocation

The search functionality has been extended when adding a product from Radar. The search is now based on Product Id or Device Identifier, which allows a QR code to be scanned that can be either the generated Product ID or the custom Device identifier. If the user supplied the device identifier a list of products will appear to select from.
